Public Liability Insurance

Cover Amount

What It Covers
Our Public Liability Insurance provides protection against claims for injury to third parties or damage to property arising from our construction and rendering works.

Residential & Commercial Works
This cover applies to both residential and commercial projects, including external wall insulation, rendering, refurbishment, and associated construction activities.

Employers’ Liability Insurance

Cover Amount
£5,000,000 Employers’ Liability Insurance cover.

Legal Compliance
We maintain Employers’ Liability Insurance in accordance with the Employers’ Liability (Compulsory Insurance) Regulations 1998, providing protection for employees and labour directly engaged in our works.

Documentation

Valid insurance certificates are available upon request for clients, contractors, and commercial compliance purposes.

Is E Z Design and Construction Ltd fully insured?

Yes. We are fully insured contractors, maintaining comprehensive policies to ensure every project is protected and our clients have complete peace of mind.

Who provides your insurance?

Our insurance policies are held with AXA Insurance UK PLC, providing reliable and industry-recognised cover for all our operations.

What is your Public Liability Cover?

We hold Public Liability Cover with a cover limit of £2,000,000. This protects against accidental damage to your property or any third-party injuries during the construction process.

Do you have Employers’ Liability?

Yes. We carry Employers’ Liability Cover to the value of £5,000,000, ensuring our team and site personnel are fully protected in accordance with UK law.

Can I request proof of cover?

Certainly. While we don’t publish the full certificates online, we are happy to provide our policy schedule and verification of our Public and Employer’ cover upon request during the onboarding stage of your project.

I contacted Erdal of EZ through recommendations, he came and spoke through my choice of options between Weber and K Rend, showed good product understanding and experience. We agreed on the Weber, set a date and gave quote. Works completed to a very high standard, very tidy and precise and showed a passion for his workmanship and delivery.
